i had to email this guy when something was fixed, so i did. it was a promotion thing that wasn't working. we can't fix it right away so i said, "at least the promotion is only good for a few more days!" because it said dec. 31, 2005 was the ending date. then i sent it. then i realized it said dec. 31, 2006, so i sent another one saying "oops, i mean a year and a few days." then i sent that and noticed it said jan. 31, 2006. so i had to send another one.
i am such an idiot! well, at least i wasn't talking as i said that!
earlier i asked a lady if i could call her back and she said "sure, do you have my phone number?" i said, "no, do you know your extension?" what the hell? do you know your extension??? god.
